【About Coverage】

For your first (initial) visit, interpretation services are covered by ISOS or your insurance.
From your second visit onward (follow-up visits), the interpretation fee will no longer be covered by insurance and will become your personal responsibility.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Monday – Friday: 09:00–17:00
Closed on: Japan and U.S. public holidays
