  1. A one-hour minimum charge applies, even for services lasting less than one hour.
  2. Additional fees apply to same-day requests (medical and legal). We kindly ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible.
  3. Many insurance companies reimburse translation services. Be sure to check what your policy offers.
  4. Available only in Sasebo, Iwakuni, Kanagawa Prefecture (including Yokosuka, Zama, and Atsugi) and Okinawa areas.

  4. In order to facilitate more accurate communication, most local medical facilities require on-site interpretation whenever possible. Please be advised that telephone interpreting will be arranged only if we are unable to dispatch an on-site interpreter.
