$8 / 5 credits per any type of simple reservation — Would you like a dinner reservation at a specific place to enjoy dinner with friends or family without having to wait in a line? or do you want to make an appointment to have your nails / hair done at a salon out in town? Canceling / Rescheduling Rules
We will make extra calls to change your reservation (that was made through us) or cancel it one time at no additional cost. Cost for rescheduling within 1 week after canceling will be covered by our first reservation service, but another reservation service fee is required if request is made after 1 week has passed.

Our phone interpretation service allows you to receive real-time language support wherever you are — city hall, schools, clinics, or other institutions.

Billing Notes

Services are billed in 15-minute increments after the initial 30 minutes.

A 25% late payment fee will be applied if payment is not received within 15 days, despite reminders.

- Subscribers to the Deluxe or Premium Monthly Plan are eligible for a flat $5 discount per phone interpretation session.

There is no charge for contacting businesses regarding appointments we arranged on your behalf.
RESEARCH SERVICE
$10 or 10 credits for every 20 minutes (during our business hours) — Do you need assistance in finding something out? We will do research for you and possibly make an appointment / reservation on your behalf. (*This service does not guarantee we necessarily will find the answer to your request.)
*If it only takes a quick-minute service to take care of your request, it is $8 or 5 credits.
*$12.5/20 mins for outside business hours
*A 25% late payment fee will apply when a payment is not submitted within 15 days in spite of reminders.
