Step 1 – First Visit (Consultation)

- Choose your stone (diamond, sapphire, etc.)
- Select clarity & quality
- Choose metal band (gold, silver, platinum, or rose gold)
- Finalize design outline
Makino Jewelry's specialists narrow down several stones and order them for you.
Step 2 – Stone Selection & Deposit
When the stones arrive:
- You choose your final stone
- Makino Jewelry provides an estimated price
- If you proceed, you sign the order sheet
- 50% deposit required
Please note: gemstone prices may fluctuate.
Step 3 – Final Pickup
- Receive your finished ring
- Certification & warranty provided
- Pay remaining 50%

- Free resizing (within 3 sizes) within 1 year
- Free cleaning within 1 year
- If any issue occurs, contact us anytime
Cancellation Policy
For custom-made rings:
- 50% deposit required at time of order
- Once production begins, cancellation is not possible
If cancellation is unavoidable:
- Deposit is non-refundable
- Ring will not be delivered
- Remaining balance is not required
