Thank you very much for your continued support of the dog grooming services at Through Love Arita Osaki. We would like to inform you that, effective August 1, 2026, prices for some of our services will be revised.
Since the beginning, we have operated with the desire to respond to the needs of every customer. However, due to the increasing difficulty in securing reservations, it has become challenging to ensure sufficient time and quality care for each valued customer and every dog entrusted to us.
Our work is not simply a “task,” but a responsibility that involves caring for lives. For this reason, we have made this decision in order to protect the following:
- Sufficient time to properly care for each dog
- A safe and comfortable environment
- Maintaining service quality through sustainable working conditions
- Securing stable staffing of skilled groomers
Moving forward, we will appropriately manage the number of reservations we accept so that we can continue to be a place where you can feel safe and confident leaving your beloved dogs in our care. We will continue to serve you with even greater sincerity and dedication.

Dog Food Policy
Please note that Through Love requires all dog food to be portioned out per meal. We are unable to accept food brought in its original large bag. Thank you for your understanding.
For dogs staying longer than one month, we are able to accept the food in its original bag; however, the portion size for each meal must still be clearly indicated.
Please prepare it in a way that allows us to understand the exact amount per serving—for example, bringing the measuring cup used at home (e.g., 1 cup twice a day) or placing each serving in individual small bags. Please note that we cannot accept measurements only stated in grams. We also kindly ask owners to confirm in advance that they have prepared enough food for the entire stay.
