Cancellation Policy

・Cancellations must be made by 3:00 PM the day before, or by 11:00 AM on Saturdays
　*Excludes Sundays and public holidays, as our office is closed
・15 minutes late: Menu may be changed or canceled
・Same-day cancellation: 100% fee
　*If you reschedule your appointment at the time of cancellation, the fee will be 50%
・No-show without notice: Future appointments will not be accepted
