Dog Food Policy

Please note that Through Love requires all dog food to be portioned out per meal. We are unable to accept food brought in its original large bag. Thank you for your understanding.

For dogs staying longer than one month, we are able to accept the food in its original bag; however, the portion size for each meal must still be clearly indicated.
Please prepare it in a way that allows us to understand the exact amount per serving—for example, bringing the measuring cup used at home (e.g., 1 cup twice a day) or placing each serving in individual small bags. Please note that we cannot accept measurements only stated in grams. We also kindly ask owners to confirm in advance that they have prepared enough food for the entire stay.

Grooming Reservation

Check-in / Check-out  9:00 ~ 18:00  (Closed days are irregular)

We do not accept pets earlier than 08:30.

Customers must pick up their pet by 18:00.

 

Cancellation Policy

2 days prior to check-in day : 20% of planned staying fee
1 day prior to check-in day : 50% of planned staying fee
On the scheduled check-in day (including no-shows) : 100% of planned staying fee
