Cancellation Policy & Terms and Conditions

  • The cost of a loaner is free of charge when you return it within 3 business days after JCI/repair is completed. You will be charged ¥1,100 per day after the 3rd day. Please also use your car insurance in case of any accidents or problems.
  • Returns of purchased cars are not accepted, and no refunds will be made.
